Job summary

Danaher is seeking an Engineer, Cybersecurity Data Analytics in Kraków to design and maintain analytics datasets for on‑demand and static security reporting. You will build dashboards and scripts for CrowdStrike Falcon, Prisma/Cortex Cloud, Microsoft Intune, and other M365 solutions, turning security performance into clear, actionable metrics.

The role requires 5–7 years in data analytics or BI, strong SQL/ETL skills, and experience with Power BI.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in data analytics engineering, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency developing data extract‑transform‑load (ETL) capabilities using APIs and SQL queries, including underlying data models and structures; accelerate development using AI assistants and other technologies.
• Experience implementing and maintaining on‑demand and static reporting capabilities with PowerBI or similar solution.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain analytics-ready datasets for reporting and dashboards to measure cybersecurity performance.
• Develop dashboards and scripts for tools such as CrowdStrike Falcon, Prisma/Cortex Cloud, and MS 365.

Engineer, Cybersecurity Data Analytics

Role responsible for delivering technologies that measure cybersecurity performance and enable continuous improvement. Reports to the Sr. Manager, Cyber Threat Engineering within Danaher’s Global Cyber Defense team, providing opportunities for broader cybersecurity career advancement.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Build and enhance operational reporting capabilities by designing, implementing, and maintaining analytics‑ready datasets optimized for reporting and dashboards, plus associated processes that provide on‑demand and static security performance reporting.
• Develop knowledge and proficiency in leading cybersecurity tools by designing, developing, and maintaining scripts and custom dashboards for solutions such as CrowdStrike Falcon, Prisma/Cortex Cloud, Microsoft Intune and other M365 solutions.
• Partner with leaders to translate security performance and governance objectives into clear, accurate metrics; develop and present management reports to technology leaders.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Minimum 5‑7 years of experience in data analytics engineering, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency developing data extract‑transform‑load (ETL) capabilities using APIs and SQL queries, including underlying data models and structures; accelerate development using AI assistants and other technologies.
• Experience implementing and maintaining on‑demand and static reporting capabilities with PowerBI or similar solution.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Ability to travel ≈15%, overnight, within territory or locations.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Functional knowledge of Power BI architecture, including DirectQuery, Composite Models, Row‑Level Security (RLS), Object‑Level Security (OLS), dashboards.
• Developing integrations, ETL and reporting functionality for a cybersecurity team using enterprise solutions from companies such as CrowdStrike, Microsoft, Palo Alto Networks, Proofpoint, Splunk, and ServiceNow.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
