Job summary

DSV Road GmbH in Warsaw is seeking an IT Compliance & Assurance Specialist to strengthen information security and compliance across the organisation. You will liaise with global teams on questionnaires, contracts, and audits, ensuring governance and risk controls are up to date.

The role offers development opportunities and requires clear communication, contract interpretation, and English proficiency in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Audit, Risk Management, or related field.
• Experience or educational background in IT Security, IT Audit, Cybersecurity, IT Compliance, or IT Governance.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or another recognized information security framework.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience reviewing contracts and understanding legal terminology is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support responses to customer security questionnaires.
• Review contracts and support tender processes from an information security perspective.
• Support customer audits and security assessments by coordinating stakeholder engagement, audit responses, and evidence collection.
• Monitor and enhance the organization’s external cybersecurity posture through continuous risk assessment and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide day-to-day support to business stakeholders on information security matters.
• Assist in maintaining and improving IT security governance processes.
• Contribute to annual assurance planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different functions and countries to promote security best practices.
