Salary: 8000 - 9600 PLN monthly gross

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist fluent in German and English to join our team in Szczecin. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and information on pharmaceutical products. Your contribution will be crucial in ensuring high customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to pharmaceutical products.
  • Deliver accurate and timely information through various channels such as phone, email, and others.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to swiftly address customer concerns and maintain service standards.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine or related fields (e.g. biotechnology or biology)is mandatory.
  • Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with a Monday to Friday work schedule, between 8 am and 7 pm.
