Customer Service Specialist with Dutch

• Responding to customers via phone, chat, and e-mail (outbound and inbound).
• Supporting customers with travel difficulties.
• Changing reservations in terms of time, destination, or personal data.
• Advising partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services, contributing to the success of our client.
• Handling cancellations and refunds.
• Language requirements: Dutch C1 and English B2 (both spoken and written).
• Positive attitude, enjoyment in communicating with customers and colleagues.
• Previous experience in customer service, digital service platforms, and CRM tools is a plus.
