This is about building strong relationships – with partners, colleagues, and everyone who plays a role in making our beautiful products reach happy customers. From handling orders to making sure deliveries run like clockwork, you’re the link that keeps things smooth and professional.

Your day-to-day:
  • Process orders from our partners via phone, email, and our online system.
  • Keep in touch with customers across Poland – warm leads, no cold calls.
  • Handle questions and service requests like a pro.
  • Coordinate with our team in Artern, Germany to make sure deliveries go right.
  • Handle complaints confidently.
  • Travel to Germany for a two-week onboarding – your launchpad to success.

    Who we’re looking for:
    • Someone with experience in customer service (preferably B2B).
    • You speak fluent English – German is a big plus.
    • You’re sharp, organized, and solution-oriented.
    • You enjoy talking to people and you listen just as well.
    • You’re confident, calm, and flexible – even when things get hectic.
    • You’re tech-savvy and comfortable with MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).
    • Bonus: You’ve worked with CRM or order systems before.
