A global seafood leader is seeking a Customer Quality Assurance Manager to lead specifications and compliance for their ambient OEM portfolio in Europe. This role involves ensuring high food safety and quality standards, supporting customer audits, and collaborating with R&D and sales teams. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of food industry QA experience, strong EU regulatory knowledge, and are fluent in English. The position is based in Gdynia and offers a competitive salary and benefits.
We are seeking a Customer Quality Assurance Manager – Ambient OEM to lead product specifications, artwork approvals, and customer compliance across our European OEM ambient portfolio. This role plays a key part in upholding the highest standards of food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on European markets
As the primary technical contact for our OEM customers, you will support product development, customer audits, and continuous product enhancements. Positioned at the crossroads of R&D , Quality, Food Law, Sales, and Supply Chain, this role offers the opportunity to shape product excellence and strengthen customer satisfaction in a dynamic and competitive environment.
This position can be based in Utrecht (Netherlands), Gdynia (Poland), or Hamburg (Germany) and reports to the European Project Management Director & Food Law Regulation Manager.
