Customer Order Specialist (UKI Team)

We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in a fast‑paced and meaningful industry. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional customer experience, especially for high‑priority and emergency life‑saving products.

Your role:
  • End‑to‑End Order Management: Handle the full ordering process, including configuration checks, booking orders, and tracking shipments.
  • Customer Support: Collaborate with innovative healthcare providers to ensure smooth delivery of health products.
  • Emergency Product Orders: Prioritize and manage orders for critical medical devices, ensuring urgent needs are met efficiently.
  • SAP Utilization: Leverage SAP for order processing and tracking.
  • Cross‑Departmental Collaboration: Work with account managers, project managers, and product managers to align on customer needs and ensure operational excellence.
  • Problem‑Solving: Address and resolve order‑related issues swiftly to maintain customer satisfaction.
