A health technology company is seeking a Customer Order Specialist in Łódź. This role involves managing the order process for life-saving medical products and ensuring exceptional customer support. We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to build career in a fast-paced and meaningful industry. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional customer experience, especially for high-priority and emergency life-saving products.
Your role:
End-to-End Order Management: Handle the full ordering process, including configuration checks, booking orders, and tracking shipments.
Customer Support: Collaborate with innovative healthcare providers to ensure smooth delivery of health products.
Emergency Product Orders: Prioritize and manage orders for critical medical devices, ensuring urgent needs are met efficiently.
SAP Utilization: Leverage SAP for order processing and tracking.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with account managers, project managers, and product managers to align on customer needs and ensure operational excellence.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve order-related issues swiftly to maintain customer satisfaction.

You're the right fit if:
You have a University degree
You have some first experience in fields related to customer service, order management, procurement, supply chain, logistic
You know English on C1 level
You are an excellent problem solver and have good organization skills
You are a team player and have good communication skills
