Position Description
  • Order management in SAP software for our B2B customers.
  • Review customer’s orders and documentation to ensure completeness and correctness of delivery instructions.
  • Provide email support to both customers and sales team.
  • Cooperate with customers, sales, logistics, operations and finance.
  • Invoice customers in accordance with relevant documentation.
  • Process correction of invoices according to information provided by customers.
  • Investigate and resolve price discrepancies for B2B customers.
  • Handle customers’ inquiries in CRM system.

Position Requirements
  • Readiness to work on two shifts (9AM-5PM, 2PM-10PM).
  • English language skills proficiency, both oral and written.
  • Experience in Order Management or Customer Care would be beneficial.
  • MS-Office knowledge.
  • SAP knowledge would be an asset.
  • Salesforce knowledge would be an asset.
