Job summary

MKS Inc. in Poland is offering a Credit & Collection Intern position for students pursuing finance, with hands-on experience in financial analysis, credit management, and collection processes.

You will learn to gather and validate data, support risk reporting, and collaborate with Sales and Finance to ensure smooth daily operations while developing essential analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance or related field.
• Basic knowledge of finance principles and credit management.
• English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proactive, bold, and open‑minded personality; comfortable interacting with different stakeholders.
• Good organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Credit & Collection team in analyzing customer creditworthiness, preparing customer risk and receivable aging reports, and helping to monitor and improve customer payment performance.
• Assist in resolving payment issues, following up on overdue accounts, and supporting the Sales and Finance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate in master data cleanup and maintenance activities to ensure accuracy and consistency of customer data across financial systems, contributing to data quality and process efficiency.
• Ensure compliance and supporting business transparency and risk reduction in line with Atotech’s global credit management and working capital policies.
• Gain exposure to enterprise‑wide tools and systems used for credit monitoring, reporting, and collection activities.
