Job summary

AstraZeneca plc is seeking a Country Study Manager in Warsaw, adopting a hybrid model with 3 days in the office. You will oversee local study delivery in alignment with GCP and regulatory requirements, coordinating with SSU, CSA, and COM to achieve study commitments.

Responsibilities include site activation, regulatory interactions, and recruitment management, with close collaboration to HCO/AD COM. Strong leadership, communication, and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Requires proven experience in the oversight and delivery of operational aspects of all stages of clinical trial process.
• Fluent English and Polish language skills are essential.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and timeliness of study deliverables (site identification, feasibility, startup, recruitment, data deliverables).
• Lead proactive reporting of study-specific issues to global study team and country leadership.
• Oversee monitoring quality and ensure recruitment targets for assigned studies.
