Corporate Action Team Leader role is designed to lead newly created team within Reference data & CA events announcements area. Being responsible for strategic application for CA events creation EMC (Event master central) new Manager is taking a great opportunity to introduce this system within entire company and offer this product to other Clients. Person holding this position is expected to be pioneer for the change and drive new implementations for the strategic CA system.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing your email box, calendar & supervision over task execution at the end of day
  • Proactively supporting Your Team members in their development (creating IDP’s, mentoring sessions etc.)
  • Working on healthy & close relationship between Warsaw & GPC partners
  • Supporting senior leadership team in their strategic decisions
  • Be part of the recruitment panel looking to attract talents into the organization
  • Taking leadership over a Team constitute of 5-10 employees
  • Giving appraisals and constructive feedback
  • Leading role in implementation or testing activities assigned to the Team
  • Cooperating with numerous stakeholders from technology stand point
  • Creating an environment where Everyone is striving for excellence and progression
  • Self development and continues work towards improvement of the skills set
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience within financial institutions is preferred
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is advantageous
  • Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level), both written and spoken, is required
  • Ability to thrive in a structured, high-volume, and time-sensitive environment, requiring a fast-paced decision-making approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering superior customer service
  • Highly motivated, exceptionally organized, and adept at fostering positive human relations
  • Proven capability to lead a group of employees by example
