Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Warsaw is seeking a Network Engineer to deploy, integrate, and configure Packet Core network elements, and to develop procedures and documentation.

You will perform system, functional, and acceptance tests, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate across delivery teams. The ideal candidate has 4G/5G core knowledge, Linux/Unix familiarity, and experience with Jira and Salesforce; a hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with Packet Core deployment, integration, or operations in telecom environments.
• Strong knowledge of 4G/5G Core Networks and related network functions (MME, AMF, NRF, NSSF, SGSN).
• Understanding of 3GPP standards, telecom architectures, interfaces, and signaling procedures.
• Experience with software installation, configuration, testing, migration, and upgrade activities.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, incident management, and technical support.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and telecom delivery processes.
• Experience with MOPs, ATPs, integration procedures, release management, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of ticketing and support tools such as Jira or Salesforce.
