Job summary

Sii Ukraine LLC is seeking a Control Manager – Governance & Frameworks to design, maintain, and improve technology risk and control processes in a regulated environment. You will ensure these activities are measurable, aligned with standards, and effectively reported.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs/KRIs/KCIs, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders across functions. The role requires strong English communication and periodic visits to the Krakow office

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology risk, control, or governance.
• Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks.
• Experience with KPI, KRI and KCI metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Willingness to visit Krakow office twice a month.
