Sii Poland is seeking a dedicated professional to design, maintain, and improve Technology Risk & Control processes in a regulated environment. You will ensure measurable governance, monitor KPIs/KRIs/KCIs, and support reporting while collaborating with stakeholders across functions. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of experience in technology risk, control, or governance.
• Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks.
• Experience with metrics and performance monitoring (KPI/KRI/KCI).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and focus on improvement.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Visit the Krakow office twice a month.
