A leading government support firm in Poland is seeking a Contracts Compliance Manager. This role is pivotal in overseeing contract administration and compliance for a significant program. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in business or law and extensive experience in government contract management. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential as the role involves collaboration with various departments. Working in a dynamic environment, the candidate must be prepared for the rigors of OCONUS operations and maintain a US Citizenship clearance.
We have an exciting opportunity supporting one of Amentum’s significant programs in Poland. A key member of the program management team, the Contracts Compliance Manager operates within a highly collaborative, cross‑functional organization overseeing the contract administration and coordination of the program, ensuring project compliance. This position requires a self‑starter with excellent communication skills, capable of interfacing with various functional departments, such as operations, procurement, and finance, while supporting, executing and coordinating concurrent activities with time critical schedules and deadlines. This position will be located OCONUS, in Poland.
Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines. Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively. Must be able to endure long and/or flexible hours due to OCONUS operational environment and contractually stipulated work schedule.
