A global technology leader in Poland is seeking an experienced professional in commercial contract management to support internal clients by leading contract reviews and negotiations. The role requires 10+ years in managing commercial contracts, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. The role will involve leading independently commercial and contract management support to internal clients including: analysis, reviews, drafting, and redlining contract documents and commercial proposals; proactive management of the bid / RFP process; leading or contributing to contract and/or commercial negotiations with Clients of Capgemini. This role may also involve short-term business travels to countries within Europe. This is an individual contributor role (no subordinates), but requires good project, task and time management skills.
