Job summary

Monnoyeur is seeking a skilled consultant with strong CAD/CAM/CAE and PDM/PLM expertise to analyze client needs, configure Autodesk and Arkance solutions, and support sales through demonstrations and PoCs. Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of Inventor, Vault, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Factory Design.
• Ability to articulate business value from deployments.
• Experience with technical documentation, modeling, and production processes.
• Confident in presenting to clients and communicating clearly.
• Understanding of production processes and product lifecycle.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Driver's license B.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and preferences for CAD/CAM/CAE and PDM/PLM solutions for manufacturing clients.
• Present and configure Autodesk and Arkance solutions to customers.
• Support the sales process and participate in PoC conversations.
• Deliver user trainings and participate in project implementations.
• Create and configure CAD/PDM/PLM environments and participate in deployments.
• Assist sales with proposals and contribute to marketing/demonstration materials.
• Address technical tickets and provide post-implementation client support.

Wspiera handlowców i klientów w doborze optymalnych rozwiązań CAD/CAM/CAE oraz PDM/PLM. Twoje zadania

• Analiza potrzeb klientów produkcyjnych.
• Przygotowywanie i prowadzenie prezentacji rozwiązań Autodesk/Arkance.
• Tworzenie koncepcji rozwiązań (PoC, architektury, konfiguracji).
• Prowadzenie szkoleń użytkowników.
• Udział w projektach wdrożeniowych u klientów przemysłowych.
• Tworzenie i konfiguracja środowisk CAD/PDM/PLM.
• Wsparcie działu sprzedaży w procesie ofertowania.
• Współtworzenie materiałów marketingowych i demonstracyjnych.
• Rozwiązywanie zgłoszeń technicznych i wspieranie klientów po wdrożeniu.

Wymagane umiejętności

• Bardzo dobra znajomość: Inventor, Vault, Fusion, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Factory Design.
• Umiejętność przedstawienia korzyści biznesowych wynikających z wdrożenia.
• Doświadczenie w pracy z dokumentacją techniczną, modelowaniem i procesami produkcyjnymi.
• Pewność w prezentowaniu i komunikacji z klientem.
• Zrozumienie procesów produkcyjnych i cyklu życia produktu.
• Umiejętność logicznego rozwiązywania problemów technicznych.
• Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego
• Prawo jazdy kategorii B
