Job summary

A global engineering partner in Poland is seeking a Construction Site Coordinator for a 10-month contract. This role involves coordinating mechanical and electrical installation activities on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of site coordination experience, particularly in industrial projects, and must possess a valid VCA/SCC certification. Knowledge of both English and Polish is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in site coordination, focusing 70% on mechanical and 30% on electrical.
  • Proven background in industrial, pharmaceutical, or heavy-duty construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical–electrical integration and installation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise daily mechanical and electrical installation works on-site.
  • Manage and monitor subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, track progress, and maintain documentation.

Join a global engineering partner delivering a major CAPEX project for a leading industrial automation client in Poland. You’ll be coordinating mechanical and electrical installation activities across the site, ensuring seamless execution, quality, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise daily mechanical and electrical installation works on-site
  • Manage and monitor subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld
  • Oversee mechanical equipment connections to electrical systems
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, track progress, and maintain documentation
  • Support CAPEX delivery, with potential continuation into the OPEX phase
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in site coordination (approx. 70% mechanical / 30% electrical)
  • Proven background in industrial, pharmaceutical, or heavy-duty construction projects
  • Strong understanding of mechanical–electrical integration and installation processes
  • Skilled in subcontractor management, compliance, and quality assurance
