Job summary

STRABAG Polska in Warsaw is seeking an experienced client representative or project manager to oversee construction, renovations and maintenance of company-owned properties. You will manage planning, budgeting, scheduling and site activities, coordinating planners and contractors, and representing STRABAG before authorities.

The role requires at least 5 years in technical project management, strong knowledge of construction standards, and fluency in English; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Technical education in construction engineering or civil engineering.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in technical project management or site management.
• Strong knowledge of national construction standards and regulations.
• Independent and proactive with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Business-fluent English; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Project management from planning to handover, including feasibility and implementation.
• Coordinate internal and external planners and contractors and ensure quality standards.
• Represent STRABAG before authorities.
• Monitor maintenance and repair measures.
• Internal contact person for furnishing matters (office furnishings).
