Wolf Theiss in Warsaw invites applications for a Legal Intern in the Competition & Antitrust Practice Group. The role supports lawyers on a broad range of competition law matters in a multinational team within the Warsaw office.

Ideal candidates are law students (3rd–5th year) available for 5 days per week during summer and at least 3 days per week during the academic year, with strong English and Polish language skills and a keen interest in antitrust law.

Qualifications

• Law students (3rd–5th year) available for internship 5 days/week in summer.
• Interest in competition/antitrust law is advantageous.
• Very good English (written and spoken); Polish fluency required.
• Strong analytical skills, logical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a multinational team

Responsabilités

• Providing daily support to lawyers from the Competition & Antitrust Practice Group on a wide range of competition law matters
• Conducting legal research related to antitrust, merger control, state aid and unfair competition issues
• Preparing drafts of legal memoranda, opinions, presentations and other legal documentation
• Assisting in the preparation of filings and submissions to competition authorities
• Monitoring legal and regulatory developments in competition law
