Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience, a relevant degree, and strong MS Office skills. This position offers a flexible hybrid work structure in Kraków, Poland.
We are seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst with extensive knowledge of Mercer job evaluation methodology, global benchmarking and annual compensation cycle activities.
