Job description

At TripleTen, we’re building a leading online bootcamp that helps people learn tech industry skills in less than a year. We currently operate in the US and Latin America.

What you will do

• Banners for paid ads: You’ll design engaging ads by working closely with the art director, copywriter, and managers from the Performance and Growth teams.
• Research and testing: You’ll collaborate with the team to generate hypotheses and develop design solutions for testing new creative approaches.

Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience and a solid portfolio with real projects. Your portfolio includes at least 3 relevant projects in advertisement.
• Have strong graphic design skills. You value high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design, and have a keen eye for detail.
• Have basic Motion Design skills. You can use simple animation to grab attention.
• Implement AI tools in your daily work. You create realistic, high-quality visuals or animations that elevate your designs—quickly, without losing a whole day.
• Have an understanding of CJMs and UX/UI. You can analyze the student journey—from ads and events to booking a call on the website—and identify areas for improvement on the ads side.
• Can communicate in English. A B2 level with basic fluency (the higher the better).
