Role Overview

The Commercial Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of London-based projects, ensuring profitability, contractual compliance, and delivery excellence. This role requires a strategic, hands‑on leader who can oversee multiple high-value developments, manage risk, and provide guidance to project teams. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of multiple high-value residential projects, ensuring financial performance and risk management.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
• Oversee contract administration, procurement, and tendering processes.

Project & Stakeholder Management
