A leading beverage company in Poland is seeking a skilled professional to manage the Customer Ledger, ensuring effective collections and providing support to Operating Companies. The ideal candidate should have C1 Italian and B2 English, along with experience in Order to Cash processes and strong skills in SAP and Excel. This role focuses on maintaining high service levels and improving collection processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Order to Cash/Customer Service area.
• Understanding of end2end Order to Cash process.
• Experience in multi-national environments including Shared Services.

Responsibilities

• Own the Customer Ledger and meet collection targets.
• Act as a Business Partner to Operating Companies.
• Manage customer accounts and provide a high level of service.
• Identify held orders and resolve them in accordance with credit policy.
• Ensure process controls and compliance are adhered to.
