Sigma Software is seeking a Middle Full Stack Engineer with strong Python and React skills to join an international team building a modern Product Information Service in a cloud-native environment. You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, design and implement REST APIs, and work with SQL/PostgreSQL databases, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, code quality, testing, and continuous improvement within an agile delivery

Formación

• 3+ years of professional software development with Python.
• Experience with SQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript and React.
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment.
• Familiarity with containerized environments and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD, especially GitLab CI.
• Knowledge of testing, code quality, and best practices.
• Experience working in Agile teams and ceremonies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Back-end and Front-end components of a web-based data-intensive system
• Design, implement, and support REST APIs and integrations with internal platforms and services
• Build and maintain scalable applications and database solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices
• Create and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, engineers, and product teams during regular meetings and planning sessions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including estimation, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Contribute to system reliability, deployment automation, and performance optimization activities
