Job summary

RapidFort, Inc. is seeking a skilled DevSecOps Engineer in Poland to design and maintain secure, cloud-native infrastructure for the Department of War. This role combines platform engineering, security, and DevSecOps, requiring expertise in Kubernetes, CI/CD, and government cloud environments.

The successful candidate will work with modern DevSecOps stacks and be responsible for ensuring compliance with DoD policies and security standards. A strong understanding of tools like Helm, Istio, and GitLab CI is essential.

Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $120,000 to $175,000, along with benefits and equity options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Experience deploying and managing applications via Helm in multi-environment configurations.
• Active DoW security clearance (Secret or higher) is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
• Implement policy controls using Istio and OPA Gatekeeper.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated security scanning.
