Sii Poland in Poznań is seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Lead to drive cloud initiatives from planning to production deployment. You will guide projects, define quality standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in cloud architecture, hands-on Azure DevOps and C#, and a proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams. Fluent English (C1) is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cloud architecture and leadership
• Experience managing or coordinating technical projects
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and C# technologies
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders
• Proactive and able to initiate actions
• Solid knowledge of cloud architecture and infrastructure
• Very good command of English (C1)

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud infrastructure projects from development to production
• Define and ensure project quality criteria
• Report progress and plan actions with Product Owner
• Serve as technical contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Make and transparently communicate technical decisions
• Support production deployment and maintain high-quality standards
