Job summary

Mercor is seeking a DevOps / SRE / Cloud Engineer (Coding Agent Experience) for remote work. Use frontier AI coding agents to tackle complex infrastructure tasks and evaluate model-generated solutions.

The role requires 2+ years in DevOps/SRE/Cloud, experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD, plus familiarity with AI coding agents. Compensation is task-based with daily reviews.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, or observability tools.
• Regular use of AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, Gemini CLI) and evaluating model outputs.

Responsibilities
