Job summary

Altium Limited is seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer to build and operate our AWS infrastructure, optimize deployment workflows, and automate day-to-day operations. The role focuses on hands-on work with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and automation, supporting production and non-production environments.

You will improve CI/CD pipelines, implement automation in Python/Go/Bash/PowerShell, and contribute to monitoring and incident response. This position is on-site in a global software company context.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure experience.
• Strong AWS experience, including core services: EC2, EKS, ECS, RDS, S3, Route 53, VPC networking.
• Strong Terraform experience.
• Strong knowledge of K8s fundamentals (networking, workloads, ingress, scaling, troubleshooting).
• Experience with CI/CD systems: Jenkins / GitLab CI (or equivalent).
• Solid Linux skills; Windows experience is a plus.
• Ability to write and maintain automation scripts/tools (Python/Go/Bash/PowerShell).
• Understanding of SDLC and microservices deployment patterns.
