Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a fast-growing global consulting firm to recruit an IT Operations Engineer. You will manage cloud infrastructure, Databricks environments, security, and application operations across AWS and AI platforms.

You will configure Terraform/Terragrunt, support EKS, IAM, S3, RDS, and networking, and implement RBAC and modern authentication. Remote work flexibility is available depending on location, with a focus on scalable platform reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT Operations, Systems Administration, Infrastructure, or DevOps.
• Strong AWS experience and networking knowledge.
• Proficient Linux and Windows administration.
• Experience with IAM, RBAC, and modern authentication technologies.
• Experience with IaC, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Databricks environments, ensuring security and governance.
• Support and manage business applications including AI platforms and GitHub.
• Configure and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Support AWS environments including EKS, S3, RDS, and networking.
• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, access, and platform issues.
• Implement and maintain RBAC and security controls.
• Work with authentication technologies like OpenID Connect, SAML, and OAuth.
• Support Linux and Windows systems administration.
• Improve CI/CD and engineering practices with automated deployments.
• Create documentation and scalable operational procedures.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve platform reliability.
