Pega Poland is a leading technology hub in Europe, driving innovation and delivering cutting‑edge software solutions. Employees are encouraged to collaborate, develop their skills, and share their expertise in an open and supportive environment. In addition to our passion for technology, we value an inclusive work environment and engaged community, caring deeply about the wellbeing of our employees by providing wellness programs and social initiatives.

Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC) is a 24/7/365 service that lives at the forefront of Pega Cloud. By combining millions of diagnostic messages each day, it provides performance insight for application developers and companies, as well as for the entire Pega Cloud. PDC plays a crucial role in connecting the dots and finding complex behavioral patterns in all kinds of software defects. PDC is transforming into a decision hub that will drive the automation of many Cloud diagnostic processes. We’re looking for people who will make this happen, while helping us scale the service from receiving millions to tens of millions messages each day.

The PDC team lives the agile dream by deploying running software to production every seven days. No waterfall‑style planning, hardening sprints, or complex deployments. Just build, verify, click the deploy button, and check whether customers are happy with what you’ve developed.

Picture Yourself at Pega

A Cloud Development Engineer at Pega is bright, technically‑minded, and has strong analytical skills. In the fast‑paced, collaborative environment that the diagnostic area offers, you are able to apply innovative ideas to solve complex problems, presenting strong SaaS thinking.

What You'll Do at Pega

  • Engage with different developers from various teams to ensure user stories and deliverables are thoroughly tested and production‑ready, bugs are properly cataloged, and improvements are suggested.
  • Write both manual and automated testing depending on needs, and adhere to internal testing frameworks where applicable.
  • Actively participate in the Scrum/DevOps processes.
  • Support our tribe by assisting and improving our internal release and CI/CD processes through testing automation, scripting, and using modern testing techniques.
  • Learn internal processes and tools and join the whole‑team effort to keep documentation updated and organized.
Who You Are
  • As a Cloud Development Engineer you’ll learn and use Pegasystems’ technology.
  • Have a sharp attention to detail and a QA mindset. You are driven by curiosity and testing things from multiple angles.
  • Focus on quality assurance, bug reporting, CI/CD and release‑related tasks, partnering with our developers to ensure their work is tested.
  • Have experience with different technologies, including testing tools, CI/CD, cloud services, and you are open to learn new things.
  • Collaborate efficiently with others, proactive, self‑driven. Problem ownership and collaboration are vital for this role.
