Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Data Solution Architect to join our Data & AI Center, helping design and optimize modern data platforms for international clients. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and lead data platform initiatives across cloud environments.

You will collaborate with analysts and developers, guide bidding and estimations, and ensure data Lakes and warehouses align with Kimball or Data Vault methodologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data platform architecture, particularly in client engagement, requirements gathering, and designing analytical solutions on cloud platforms.
• Expert knowledge in at least one cloud technology: Azure, AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Ability to understand strategic business goals and analyze data across the company ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Polish and English for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and optimizing modern and scalable data platforms
• Selecting appropriate tools and technologies (Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.) based on client requirements
• Supporting the bidding process, estimation, and technical supervision of project work
• Collaborating with a team of analysts and developers to achieve optimal results for clients
