Job summary

Biopharma Careers in Warszawa is seeking a data analytics professional to lead the development and maintenance of operational study data across our clinical trial portfolio. You will translate complex metrics into actionable insights for study teams and governance bodies, using systems like iMAP and CTMS.

You will oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, develop robust budget forecasts, monitor KPIs, and create real-time dashboards to improve efficiency and cost management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in data analytics, operational reporting, or business intelligence, with demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• 2–3 years working in clinical trial operations, pharmaceutical operations, or healthcare analytics in a pharma or CRO environment.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and analyzing operational study data in clinical trial management systems (e.g., Planisware, CTMS).
• Track record of contributing to budget development, forecast tracking, and performance reporting for clinical studies.
• Experience leading analytical projects or mentoring junior colleagues, with proven ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Proficiency with advanced analytics tools and data visualization platforms to build dashboards and reports.
