Job summary

Centra in Wrocław is seeking a Client Experience Associate to support our growing fashion and lifestyle client base. This office-first, hybrid role requires you to work at least three days a week from Centra's Wrocław office and to deliver fast, accurate platform guidance.

You will handle incoming cases, improve customer experience, monitor satisfaction, and collaborate across teams. Strong English, data-driven mindset, and experience with HubSpot and Jira are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Operational and highly data-centric customer service experience in ecommerce or SaaS.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming client cases according to the established time and quality standards across all communication channels.
• Engage proactively with clients to develop strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
• Monitor customer satisfaction with our products or services.
• Educate client service representatives on addressing customer complaints or inquiries about products or services and help us foster a positive working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments within Centra to ensure that customer needs are being met.
