Job summary

Louis Vuitton, a leader in luxury retail, seeks a Stock Support / Client Advisor to uphold the brand experience. You will ensure stock availability, manage deliveries, replenish stock quickly, and support the store team to drive sales and client satisfaction.

You will use stock management software and Excel to maintain inventory, communicate stock needs, and build lasting relationships with clients in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering superior client experiences in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong stock control skills including replenishment, inventory accuracy and stockroom organisation.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast paced store setting and communicate clearly with teams.
• Proficient in stock management software and Excel for reporting and stock control.

Stock Support / Client Advisor

As a Stock Support / Client Advisor, you represent the Brand and ensure every client receives the Louis Vuitton experience. You identify clients’ needs, support sales goals, and maintain efficient stock operations. The role includes managing deliveries, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately, and ensuring products are available on the shop floor to enhance store performance. You work closely with the store team and supply chain.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage deliveries and replenish stock quickly to keep products available on the sales floor
