All For One Poland poszukuje specjalisty ds. CI/CD i automatyzacji dostarczania oprogramowania, aby rozwijać i utrzymywać procesy dla aplikacji w Javie, .NET i Node.js.

Pracujesz w środowisku hybrydowym z 2 dniami w biurze w Poznaniu, wykorzystując Docker/Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible, Jenkins i GitHub Actions. Do Twoich zadań należy projektowanie i optymalizacja pipeline’ów, monitorowanie, skalowanie i bezpieczeństwo środowisk produkcyjnych.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CI/CD and software delivery automation.
• Practical Docker skills: building images, networking, volumes, diagnostics.
• Production Kubernetes experience and ability to diagnose start-up and performance issues.
• Knowledge of Helm for creating and maintaining charts.
• Istn writing idempotent Ansible playbooks and roles.
• Experience with Jenkins and GitHub Actions in pipeline-as-code.
• Proficiency with Git and SonarQube in developer teams.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools; Prometheus, Grafana and Loki or Graylog.
• Strong Linux knowledge and Bash scripting.
• English language at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD processes for applications in Java, .NET and Node.js/TypeScript.
• Prepare container images and package deployments with Helm charts per environment.
• Deploy applications to Kubernetes clusters and configure container layers and resources.
• Configure app-layer components and automate with Ansible.
• Automate product installation and updates in client environments.
• Configure and develop monitoring, log collection and alerting.
• Extend pipelines with quality gates: SonarQube analysis, automated tests and dependency scans.
• Manage app configuration and secrets securely in prod environments.
• Contribute to architecture discussions: zero-downtime deployments, scalability, consistency across environments.
• Support development teams in diagnosing environment issues.
