Job summary

Toshiba Poland is looking for a HeadofSecurity for Application & Cloud Security to design, implement, and manage security strategy across applications, cloud environments, and DevSecOps processes.

You will lead AppSec and CloudSecurity teams, drive a security-first culture, and collaborate with Japan-based teams to enforce robust security controls and compliance across SaaS, data, and cloud assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in application security or cloud security leadership.
• Expertise in Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and Kubernetes environments.
• Strong background in DevSecOps, CI/CD security principles.
• Hands-on with SAST, DAST, SCA, CSPM, and SIEM tools.
• Deep knowledge of security frameworks: CIS, NIST, OWASP, ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the application and cloud security strategy.
• Lead Application Security and Cloud Security teams with best practices.
• Drive a security-first culture across development and infrastructure.
• Provide executive security updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
• Evaluate modern security tools to enhance security posture.
• Lead threat modeling exercises and penetration testing.
