Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant in a manufacturing/production industry.
• Experience in an international company and in end-to-end accounting processes.
• Strong knowledge of Polish tax and accounting regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements in accordance with Polish regulations.
• Compile transfer pricing documentation.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Calculate CIT statements.
• Prepare GUS and NBP reports.
• Supervise fixed assets records and processes.
• Monitor financial liquidity and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Cooperate with control institutions and tax authorities.
• Oversee document circulation and coordinate debt collection activities.
• Identify and implement process optimizations within the accounting department.
• Manage and develop the accounting team.
• Ensure accounting systems are updated with regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business operations.

Job description

• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment

Responsibilities:

Prepare financial statements in accordance with the Polish regulations

Compile transfer pricing documentation

Manage the month-end and year-end closing process

Calculate CIT statements

Prepare GUS and NBP reports

Supervise fixed assets records and processes

Monitor financial liquidity and prepare cash flow forecasts

Cooperate with control institutions, tax authorities, external and internal auditors and other relevant entities

Oversee document circulation, the payment process and coordinate debt collection activities

Identify and implement process optimizations within the accounting department

Manage and develop the accounting team

Ensure accounting systems are updated in line with regulatory changes

Collaborate closely with other departments to support business operations

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant in a manufacturing/production industry

Experience in an international company and in end-to-end accounting processes

Strong knowledge of Polish tax and accounting regulations

Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel

• Strong attention to detail, reliability and effective time management skills

Experience with AX Dynamics is an advantage
