Job summary

Capgemini Engineering Polska is seeking an experienced Telecom Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end design, integration, and validation of policy-based telecom solutions. You will ensure technical excellence and customer satisfaction across complex environments in a hybrid-capable setting.

The role focuses on policy control, 4G/5G core networks, and related architectures, with opportunities to work across modern cloud-native and virtualized environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecom solution design, integration, or system engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Policy Control, 4G/5G Core Networks, and telecom architectures.
• Familiarity with Diameter (Gx, Rx, Sy), HTTP2, SIP, REST APIs, and TCP/IP.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments and databases such as MariaDB, Oracle, SQL, or Aerospike.
• Understanding of 3GPP standards, network protocols, and system integration principles.

Your role

This role is critical in delivering end-to-end Telco solutions, from design and architecture to integration, validation, and migration. The ideal candidate will ensure technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and successful project delivery in complex environments for Policy solutions.

• Experience with Policy solutions, IMS/VoLTE, OSS/BSS ecosystems, automation scripting, or Solution Architecture certifications.
