Harding is recruiting Chanel Beauty Advisors to join onboard cruise retail teams, promoting Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance to guests from around the world. You will perform full makeovers, provide personalised product advice, and use consultative selling to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Live and work on a cruise ship, serving guests worldwide.
- Promote Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance products.
- Perform full makeovers and demonstrate techniques to guests.
- Advise guests on Chanel product ranges based on skin type and preferences.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling.
- Coordinate with events and stock teams to drive sales and traffic.
- Assist with stock control and inventory management on board.
- Ensure visually appealing product presentation aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create an exceptional and memorable on-board retail experience.
- Engage in in-store events, live makeovers and seminars to boost sales.
