Role Summary
Provide advanced operational and organizational support to the Cluster Sales Lead, enabling the effective execution of sales initiatives and cross‑functional projects. In this role you will be responsible for supporting strategic sales operations, advanced coordination, technical enablement, project management, stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement, and compliance.
Strategic Sales Operations Support
- Coordinate and manage the execution of sales initiatives, including sales transformation projects, targeting/segmentation rollouts, and AI‑driven sales enablement activities.
- Support the Sales Lead in preparing for business reviews, sales performance meetings, and cross‑country best‑practice sharing sessions by gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing sales data and KPIs.
Advanced Coordination & Organizational Excellence
- Orchestrate complex, multi‑country sales events, workshops, and leadership offsites, ensuring all logistics, agendas, and follow‑ups are aligned with sales strategy and cluster goals.
- Serve as the central point of contact for cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Medical, etc.), ensuring timely information flow and alignment on key deliverables.
Technical & Digital Enablement
- Maintain and optimize digital sales platforms (CRM, analytics dashboards, Teams/SharePoint), ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and user adoption across the sales organization.
- Support the implementation and scaling of new digital tools, AI solutions, and reporting systems, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and user training for sales teams.
Project & Process Management
- Track and report on the progress of sales projects, resource allocation, and operational initiatives, maintaining detailed trackers, action logs, and risk registers.
- Coordinate documentation and follow‑up for new product launches, sales campaigns, and cluster‑wide commercial excellence initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Prepare high‑impact presentations, reports, and communications for the Sales Lead, ensuring messaging is tailored for senior leadership, cluster teams, and external partners.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including country sales managers, commercial partners, and enabling functions, to resolve operational issues and drive project momentum.
- Identify and implement process improvements in sales operations, leveraging digital tools and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and data privacy standards in sales operations and reporting.
Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrated strong ability to carry out comprehensive administrative support to leaders, including proficiency in all office responsibilities.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload independently to meet cyclical and ad‑hoc deadlines.
- Experience managing conflicting priorities and supporting multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with experience supporting senior leaders in a matrix environment.
- Proficiency in digital collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.), basic data analysis, and document management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
- Independent, proactive, and self‑motivated with excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding digital proficiency across all applications and platforms; high‑level computer literacy and experience with a range of software packages.
- Experience with compliance processes, approval/sign‑off systems, and operational platforms (e.g., ARIBA, travel systems, expenses).
- Previous executive admin/assistant experience in a relevant role/function preferred.
- Experience working with procedures, policies, and ways of working in multiple markets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Pfizer organizational structure and procedures is essential.
- Demonstrated positive “can do” attitude and agile mindset.
- Ability to manage confidential documents and information with excellent judgement.
- Support and contribute to innovation, simplicity, and continuous improvement.
