Danone is going through a big digital turnaround with IWS impementation. Opole is Danone’s lighthouse factory for the programme, where the company pilots and tests new technology, incorporating learnings from other Danone plants, before rolling it out to manufacturing sites across the world.
The Connected Worker & Real-Time OEE (Oversall Equipment Effectiveness, a tracking Expert) will be responsible for enhancing the academy’s capabilities in real-time operational efficiency tracking and connected worker technologies. This role will focus on enabling maturity and results in these areas, driving innovation, providing training and mentorship, and offering implementation and troubleshooting support across the network.
