You will be a partner to Sales Team supporting Mondelez business with meaningful solutions and activations to achieve financial targets and delivery of strategies and tactics for growth. You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for categories within Mondelēz International.

You will:
  • Understand market trends / consumer insights by channel to participate on strategic decisions
  • Follow up the competition’s commercial activity in the category to detect business opportunities and potential threats for the brand
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc sales analyses to define growth areas and evaluate the performance of the Small Format channel
  • Recommend activities aimed at increasing sales and competitiveness
  • Develop and present category management analyses to the internal sales team and key accounts
  • Manage expenditures related to the category management budget
  • Co-operate close with key Mondelez business functions (Sales, Route to Market, Category Development, Revenue Growth Management)
What you will bring

  • Very good Polish & English
  • Higher education in business & economics fields (completed or in progress)
  • Early career professional experience in a business environment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare business recommendations
  • Excellent organization skills to manage multiple tasks still with high accuracy
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
  • Familiarity with market data and tools (Nielsen, Focus, CMR) would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the FMCG & retail industry would be an advantage
