About the role:
Giftsy is a fast-growing e-commerce platform specializing in gift cards, prepaid moneyand other digital products. We are looking for a Category, Gift Cards & Prepaid Money Manager to take ownership of sourcing new distributors, negotiating the best commercial terms, managing supplier relations, and supporting our expansion into new markets.
5+ years of experience in category management, business development, procurement, or supplier management, ideally in digital products or gift cards.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
Familiarity with contracts, invoicing, and payment processes.
Solid organizational and analytical skills; detail-oriented and reliable in managing multiple partners.
Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams.
Fluent in English (other languages such as Polish, Spanish or German are a plus).
Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with interest in e-commerce, fintech, or digital distribution.
Sourcing & Negotiations: Identify and onboard new distributors and digital content providers to align with market demand; negotiate commercial terms and pricing to secure competitive deals and maximise profitability.
Partner Relationship Management: Build relationships with distributors and digital content providers to identify new products; work with partners to ensure strategic alignment and develop promotional campaigns to drive sales.
Contracts & Compliance: Coordinate contract negotiations and signing processes together with Legal and Finance teams; prepare and deliver product documentation for distributor approvals.
Operational Management: Monitor distributors balances and payment schedules; oversee invoices and ensure timely settlements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product Content, Finance & Accounting teams to provide materials and information needed for business growth and compliance.
Market Expansion: Support the company’s expansion strategy by researching, qualifying and establishing partnerships with local distributors and content providers in new markets, broadening our product portfolio.
