Job summary

Citi Polska is looking for a billing operations specialist to support the Global Fund Services billing processes for European markets. The role includes invoice production, accounting, and reconciliation, with involvement in process improvements and controls.

You will handle client queries, metrics reporting, and assist with testing and SOP documentation. Responsibilities include end-to-end invoicing, timely delivery, and resolving discrepancies while collaborating with team members and business

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in trade / cash operations management.
• Effective verbal and written skills.
• Effective communication and analytical skills.
• Effective relationship management skills.
• Expert level proficiency in Windows, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Job description

This position supports the Global Fund Services billing processes for European markets.

The person in this role will have direct operational responsibilities for invoice production, accounting, reconciliation and investigations including the review of key client invoices.

This role also includes client query investigations, metrics reporting, performing billing system maintenance tasks, and assistance in process improvements, escalations and risk mitigation. In addition, this person will also be involved with projects such as enhancing internal controls, standard operating procedure writing, and user acceptance testing.
