About the Role:

CBRE Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions is a key division of CBRE Group, the world’s largest full-service provider of commercial real estate services. We are the only provider offering fully integrated real estate accounting and fund management services to developers, investors, and asset managers globally.

We are seeking a Cash Management Analyst to join our General Accounting team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of accounting processes and procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial operations. You'll play a crucial role in supporting the Accounts Receivable and Payable department by executing high-level data entry tasks and facilitating smooth financial transactions.

What You’ll Do:
  • Review billing transactions, verify payment collections, and issue statements to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Verify lockbox receipts, terminations, and security deposits, ensuring proper entry into the system.
  • Post cash receipts and assess applications for open and prepaid credits, while scheduling recurring billings and statements.
  • Manage financial data by accurately recording payments and tracking deposits and credits.
  • Review invoice information, process voids, issue manual checks, and conduct audits of the accounts payable trail.
  • Assist with month-end paperwork, including copying, organizing, binding reports, and creating and maintaining financial files for the reporting team.
  • Contribute to the team’s success through the quality and reliability of the services and information provided.
  • Adhere to standardized procedures and practices, receiving regular guidance and supervision as needed.
What You’ll Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED, accompanied by 2+ years of relevant job experience
  • Experience in manual payment input into external banking platforms
  • Understanding of payment terms such as (IBAN, SWIFT, BIC, etc.)
  • Strong general math skills, including the ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups, as well as interpret complex information within the team.
