Qualifications

• Experience in logistics/transportation/shipping/maritime and/or a relevant education.
• Very good command of English and Polish language.
• Good command of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and build relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Answer sailing requests, create pre-bookings in the system.
• Ensure correctness of booking data.
• Check daily capacity and plan capacity, check deep sea vessels connections.
• Coordinate stowage readiness and send loading lists to terminals.
