On behalf of Unifeeder, MARPRO Group is looking for a Cargo ExecutionAgent.

Unifeeder is a dynamic logistics company with its HQ in Aarhus, Denmark. We meet our customers' expectations by providing innovative and efficient transport and supply chain solutions.

As a dynamic team member in the Cargo Execution Outports team in Gdynia, Poland, your primary responsibility will be to proactively process booking requirements from customers resulting in the optimal utilization of the vessels while ensuring the customers' demands and needs are highly prioritized.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and building relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Answering sailing requests, creating pre-bookings in the system
  • Booking updates and ensuring bookings data correctness
  • Daily capacity check and capacity planning, checking deep sea vessels connections
  • Maintain close contact with internal stakeholders
  • Stowage readiness coordination, sending loading lists to terminals, preparing IMO documents
  • Coordination of cargo readiness
  • Finalizing vessel documentation
Professional competencies required for this role
  • Experience in logistics/transportation/shipping/maritime and/or a relevant education
  • Very good command of English and Polish language
  • Good command of MS Office
  • A high level of proficiency in Polish (spoken and written) is required.
