Job summary

Woodward Poland Sp.zo.o is seeking a Calibration Technician to calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair instrumentation across production test systems. You will perform scheduled calibrations, analyze results, and install instrumentation into hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic assemblies.

The role requires hands-on experience with calibration equipment, reading technical diagrams, and knowledge of ISO 9001/AS 9100/ISO/IEC 17025.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in calibration and instrumentation in manufacturing or aerospace.
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical diagrams.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001 and related quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled calibrations and verifications using written procedures.
• Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation, collaborating with Test and Production Engineering teams.
• Install and integrate instrumentation into hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Document calibration activities in compliance with quality requirements.
• Develop calibration procedures for new equipment based on guidelines.

About the Role:As a Calibration Technician, you will be responsible for the calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of instrumentation and measuring systems. Your work will directly support our production and development test systems, ensuring they meet stringent quality and performance standards.What You Will Do:Perform scheduled calibrations and verifications of instruments and systems using written procedures.Operate and maintain calibration equipment including power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, torque wrenches, load cells, thermo hygrometers and others,Troubleshoot and repair complex instrumentation issues, collaborating with Test and Production Engineering teams.Install and integrate instrumentation into hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic systems.Analyze test results and adjust equipment to meet design specifications.Document calibration activities in compliance with quality and customer requirements.Develop calibration procedures for new equipment based on manufacturer guidelines and engineering input.What You Will Need:Proven experience in calibration and instrumentation, ideally in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.Strong understanding of analog and digital pressure gauges, temperature controllers, thermocouples, flow meters, and electronic test systems.Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently and collaboratively.Ability to read technical drawings and electrical diagrams.Proficiency in using calibration standards and tools.Excellent documentation and communication skills.Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO/IEC 17025 and MSA.Soldering skills, SEP G1 electrical qualifications.Driving license.What You Will Gain:Salary range between 6,250 to 10 000 PLN gross, depending on experience.Private health insurance, life and accident insurance, and a MyBenefit/Multikafeteria package.Participate in the company performance bonus program.PPK payment account up to 4% of your compensation, depending on seniority.Employee Benefit Fund.Meal vouchers.Experienced team and professional development.
